There are two ways to go about it. You can search venues directly on the platform and contact a venue to discuss availability and pricing. Or, if you’d prefer a more hands-on approach, submit an event brief and our concierge team will pull together a shortlist and guide you through the process.

Two ways. Our concierge team qualifies briefs and shortlists venues directly — so you receive high-quality, pre-vetted leads. Clients can also book directly through the platform, giving you even more opportunities to fill your diary.

Our team is with you from onboarding onwards. That includes a dedicated account management relationship, responsive support, and access to marketing resources to help your listing perform. We also offer full marketing support through our studio team — professional design, photography, videography, drone footage, and social media management. Strong listings have a few things in common: high-quality images, clear and compelling descriptions, well-defined pricing, and up-to-date availability. Our onboarding team can advise on best practice and help you get the most from your listing — reach out at onboarding@hotal.co.uk.

We ask for a 12-month commitment, within which we’re focused on delivering results for your venue. If you decide not to renew at the end of your contract, we require 3 months’ notice.
